Here at Sickle Cell Foundation of West Africa, we maintain an advanced and accurate database of donors and potential donors of blood, bone marrow and stem cells that are critical to saving and in many cases, curing sickle cell disease. In Emergency situations, blood transfusion is the key to saving the lives of millions of people suffering from Sickle Cell. We have a team of expert medical volunteers who closely monitor our blood bank to ensure that our medical database supply is from healthy donors. We encourage all healthy adults to donate blood at any of our clinics across West Africa.
